As a Finance & Funding Apprentice, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the world of finance, learning from industry experts and working on exciting projects that make a real impact. If you have a keen eye for numbers and an interest in how funding and finance revenues operate within a large organisation, this is the role for you

**What will you be doing?**

Your role will see you working closely with the Funding team to gain a deep understanding of the various funding streams of the business, and gaining hand on experience in how our business operates. You will be working will leading professionals allowing you to collaborate with various teams to gather financial data, ensuring its accuracy and integrity. Your role here would be to contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems, if there is a new way of doing things, we want to hear about it.

As someone interested in numbers you will be administering tight financial control, processing invoices and purchase orders as well as building your confidence liaising with suppliers and external stakeholders.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in meetings and presentations, sharing your findings and recommendations, we work collaboratively here at the Catapult and you will have the opportunity to showcase your ability.

- A strong interest in finance and funding.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant software.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Assessment Day**

As part of our selection process, you may be invited to attend an assessment centre day so that we can get to know you a little better and show you how our business operates.
