**What’s the role?**

Your Housing Group has an opportunity for a RLS Night Supervisor, based at The Windings in Helsby WA6 0FP

The Windings is staffed 24/7 and you will provide overnight cover at the Scheme (10pm-9am on a rolling Rota basis), making sure the building and residents are safe and secure.

**You’ll be working an **average of 25.67 hours per week on a 3 week rolling rota - working 11 hour shifts (10pm-9am) 3 nights per week for 1 week, 2 nights per week the second week, and then the third week 2 nights working weekends and bank holidays**

**What will I be responsible for doing?**

As a Night Supervisor, you will have some experience working in security and used to working alone, have basic knowledge of IT systems and be able to prioritise and organise your own workload. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work empathetically with our elderly customers.

**Salary and benefits.**
- We offer £12.00 per hour for a 25.67 hour week,
- 22 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, plus 3 discretionary days ; this will be pro-rated for your part time hours
