What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary of £35,000, providing a solid foundation for your earnings.
- Uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE ranging between £60,000 to £80,000, giving you the opportunity to maximize your income.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a CeMAP qualified mortgage adviser, demonstrating your expertise in the field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume efficiently.

- Strong team player with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, essential for building lasting relationships.
Pay: £35,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
