**Overview**

We are looking for two Inbound Planners to join our team in Ipswich. As part of the Stock & Systems Team you will ensure the automated system performs well, with no blockages / issues that cause downtime for staff, that faults are raised and escalated, issues are resolved, picks are scheduled, rework is completed, consolidation and shortfall is being addressed & processed in a timely manner as to not impact outbound. You will also ensure containers and resources are planned adequately, that bays are turned over effectively and information is passed between companies / departments effectively.

**How will you contribute?**
- Scheduling outbound picks to be ahead of load by times
- Producing reports including end of shift report for productivity / KPI / issues / handover, weekly productivity and monthly statistics pack
- Consolidations and shortfall management
- Co-pack workload - pulling out volume and issuing picks
- Issue resolution for the system and stock
- Stock investigations over / under (inbound)
- Clearance of issue pallets in ‘sin bin’
- Communication on shortages
- Training and upskilling of staff, admin, supervisory on system or gun required activities
- Process adherence / scanning adherence
- NOK1 (rework) monitor and ensuring there is no gridlock
- Account requests for new users & password resets
- Wearable / truck mounted terminal management & issue escalation to customer IT
- Logging of outages for statistics
- Complete daily container plan
- Produce resource plan of gangs to containers
- Action prioritization of containers as required to bays
- Manage the empty containers off bay / new containers on bay
- Prioritize shunt requirements - inbound vs outbound, ensuring resource is fully utilised
- Allocate palletized loads to bay
- Actioning of live load trailer unloading
- Carry out daily agency performance reviews
- Take control of core handballer devan count
- Plan labour and bay plan for the next shift
- Allocate PPT drivers to bays
- Escalate problems to the Shift Manager
- Produce reports including empty container to Bridge and end of shift reports

**What will you bring?**

**Experience and skills**:

- Detailed understanding of warehouse management systems
- Handballer/Container Unloading knowledge preferable
- Must demonstrate the ability to communicate and influence in an open and honest manner with colleagues at all levels
- Must be able to demonstrate the commitment, enthusiasm and flexibility to change management
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills
- Experience of SAP & eWM
- Must be able to work rotational shifts
