Idn Controller

**IDN CONTROLLER**:
Our team in **Lutterworth** currently has an opening for a **IDN Controller**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Daily task list:

- Check all transactions requested have arrived and chase any discrepancies with the source / reconfigure depots = receipt in to depot
- Check all pick lists completed for any transactions not loaded / part loaded out of Midlands and advise target depots = confirm out to targets
- Request release of any transfers not released and build IDNs for current load date for Solvent and Manchester IDNs - ensuring fair loading for shared vehicles (London depot). And requesting any required over spill vehicles
- Collate all paperwork (GRNs and delivery notes) for night shift incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Print next day pick lists and delivery notes in readiness to operational colleagues picking / loading.
- Deal with any queries regarding missing paperwork, products relating to IDN movements.
- Raise paperwork for any requested movements of empty packaging by operations team

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- English - Grade C or above at GCSE level
- Maths - Grade C or above at GCSE level
