Our work environment includes:

- Casual work attire
- Flexible working hours
- Responsible for organising the itineraries for our UK private group tours.
- Liaising with our Group Travel Organisers to plan the excursions.
- Book itineries, record expenses and ensure invoices are paid on time.
- Work closely with the coach company to plan timings to ensure the tour runs smoothly.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- A friendly personality and good communication skills.
- A keen interest in UK travel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Publisher.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
