**Position**:
Our Home Support team are looking for new people to join their growing service in Oxford City.
Are you looking for a fulfilling role with hours to fit your needs? Then this could be the role for you. We offer a service to support people at home. We cover a variety of tasks so your day will never be the same.
You could help prepare some meals, take the client shopping, help with cleaning around the house, even take them out to visit a local garden centre, what ever they need on the day. We are the extra pair of hands they need to maintain their independence at home.
We offer a minimum of one hour visits to our clients, no “pop in” service, you will get to know your clients. We offer the same clients each week to help build that relationship. We do not provide personal care.

You do not need care experience, but the commitment and compassion to work with older people in your local community.
We pay £11.50 an hour, including travel time. We offer the service Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, so no evening or weekends
**Requirements**:
**What we ask of you**:
- Available a minimum of 3 days for 5 hours each day.
- Live within 3 miles of Oxford City
- Have a driving licence and access to a car.
- Compassionate and committed to the role.
**What we offer you**:
- £11.50 an hour for all hours, including travel.
- Contracted hours, based on your availability.
- Supervision and support.
- 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holiday time. After 5 years service increasing to 30
days holiday, plus Bank Holiday time. Pro rata.
