**Salary**:£10.85 per hour

**About the Role**:
As a Store Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering great customer service and ensuring the team are well motivated. To support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in replenishment and promotion of store stocks and in delivering a friendly, supportive and well-presented retail environment. Be the ‘go to’ person in the Manager’s absence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively work together to exceed all KPI’s.
- Lead high performing team to help deliver exceptional customer service.
- Minimise store stock loss and wastage.
- Ensure the team are engaged with the company vision and values.
- Help motivate colleagues to contribute to the achievement of targets.
- Help to deliver exceptional Retail Store Standards across all customer facing and ‘back of house’ areas.
- Assist the planning and execution of changes to promotions, campaigns and events in a timely and accurate manner.
- Help deliver TPC performance ahead of targets set.
- Be part of creating and leading a positive customer service culture in the store.
- Encourage & recognise colleagues who have gone the ‘extra mile’ in delivering exceptional service.
- Highlight unacceptable service standards within the team.
