**Venn Group has been approached by a reputable NHS Foundation Trust local to Shropshire to support the organisation through a large-scale 18 month EPR implementation, starting ASAP.**
**Role:Workstream Lead Project Managerx4**
**Key duties**:
- Lead one or more functional workstreams aligned with the delivery of specific EPR solutions or solution components
- Maintain up-to-date project documents ensuring that they are stored in the appropriate share-point or portal folders and that Programme document management processes are adhered to
- Complete and achieve sign of for the design of specific EPR solutions or components. This includes working with assigned EPR Clinical and Operational Change Leads to deliver outputs
- Own and manage all workstream risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating to the Programme Management Team when more senior input is required
- Work closely with the EPR Benefits and Change Team, Clinical and Operational stakeholders, IT and Infrastructure Leads and/or Clinical Engineering Leads, Procurement and other Workstream Leads to identify end user and biomedical device requirements

- Evaluate workstream and other requests for support in terms of priority, resource requirements, timescales, and deliverables
- Experience of acute trust clinical information systems and processes
- Evidence of working in and managing change and/or benefits in large complex Change Programmes
- Run workshops and/or events where required and provide workstream presence and authority on Programme Events, Gateway meetings, Decision Points and Early Live Support meetings
- Challenge, in a positive manner, current working practices and processes to identify new ways of working and opportunities for improvement
- Work with the EPR Clinical and Operational Change Leads and Technical Leads to ensure all tasks are fully resourced.
**Role:EPR Benefits and Change TeamLead**
**Key duties**:
- Ability to lead, develop and motivate multidisciplinary teams to effect change in a complex and rapidly changing environment
- Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data and produce meaningful reports for a variety of audiences
- Develop and maintain a high-level strategic plan for delivering the quality and financial benefits identified in the Full Business Case in a manner that supports delivery of the Trust’s strategic objectives
- Support Rollout Planning and Dress Rehearsal and Go Live Cutover Planning, assigning Change Team staff to relevant tasks as and when required
- Act as escalation point into Programme Management
- Represent the Change Team at Digital Transformation Programme Board, the Clinical Design and Safety Authority and the Operational Readiness and Adoption Board
- Lead the identification, baselining, delivery, and validation of Programme Benefits and ensure EPR related benefits are locally owned

- Track the achievement of benefits against the plan and the delivery of the transformational change required to fully realise the benefits, reporting progress and exceptions to the Digital Transformation Programme Board
Work closely with and support the Training Team and Testing Team with workflow familiarisation and review of Training and Testing materials
**Role:Clinical & Operational Change Leadx2**
**Key duties**:
- Agree and document a business change action plan to implement future state processes in assigned areas
- Complete the data collection for "As Is" process analysis and "To Be" workflow, process, and solution design
- Facilitate and deliver workstream workshops and work with EPR architects/SMEs, Trust stakeholders and/or other third parties, to review design, agree design decisions and localisation, and demonstrate solution build
- Support development and the documentation of new or changed business processes and updates to Standard Operating Procedure documentation
- Contribute to workstream plans, tasks, RAID log updates and highlight reports for assigned workstreams
- Work with operational and clinical leaders and staff to ensure the Trust is operationally ready to begin using the new EPR solution along with any new or changed processes, standard operating procedures, and workflows

- Help to ensure the integrity of design and development of digital solutions and their compliance with all appropriate standards
- Contribute to test script and training material review, contributing to the creation of system, integration and user acceptance test scripts where required
