Catering Supervisor

To supervise the retail outlet at Arrowe Park Hospital, ensuring excellent service and expected standards are met.

You will be working on a rota basis which will include weekends and you will be responsible for managing the operational delivery of a busy restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will liaise directly with stakeholders to ensure the service delivery is met. The post holder will be responsible ensuring full HACCP and cleaning standards are met with trust food safety policy and EHO.
