My client is a leading software company in the energy sector, working with some of the biggest names in the business They've been creating some amazing software for over 20 years, and in that space, they have never lost a customer. With the company havingover 55% market share in their industry, it couldn't have been down without the staff - which also has strong retention rates. The company is rapidly growing, so is looking to welcome a confident IT Engineer.

**Responsibility**:

- Working on the service desk
- Resolving 1st/2nd line tickets through to completion
- Learning and supporting the company's bespoke software
- Being engaged with learning and wanting to excel to a 3rd Line level
