**Front of House Receptionist (Part Time)**

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a dynamic and proactive receptionist to work for a fast-growing and dynamic medical start-up in London.

A friendly, forward-thinking and collaborative company, we are looking for a professional, friendly and highly organised receptionistto support our team of doctors who work in the psychiatric field on a Saturday.

**Locations**:You will be based at 20 Fitzroy Sq, W1 but will also provide remote support for our clinics running out of 55 Harley Street.

**Working Hours**:The working hours are 9am - 2pm on Saturdays

**Remuneration**:£15 per hour.

**The varied and busy role will include**:

- Front of house patient facing interaction whilst managing active clinics
- Diary management and coordination of multiple psychiatrists
- Telephone management - new enquiries and regular patients
- Managing post
- Shredding confidential information
- Invoicing and processing payments over the phone
- Uploading documents to cloud-based record system
- Managing and supporting repeat prescription requests and other patient requests
- Supporting the Practice Manager and Clinic Operations Manager with Health and safety and Facility audits

**What we’re looking for**:

- Minimum 1 years experience in a receptionist or administration role. Mental health experience is desirable but not essential
- Fluent English language skills
- Attention to detail required at the highest level
- IT literate/tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently
- Experience with G-Suite (Google Docs & Sheets, Gmail, G-Calendar, GoogleDrive etc.)
- Proactive and self motivated to work with autonomy as well as working well within a team
- Ability to provide 5* customer service at all times.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to juggle a busy and varied workload with changing priorities.
- Discrete and able to deal with confidential and sensitive information.
- Mature manner

Pay: £15.00 per hour
