Key Responsibilities
- Collect of outstanding debts and manage debtors within agreed timescales. Ensure customer payments are received in a timely manner.
- Ensure all the credit limits are set up according to the Company's policy and to review and update them appropriately.
- Achieve cash collection and debtors' targets.
- Complete daily allocation of customer receipts.
- Ensure all monthly statements and reports are distributed.
- Process all customer credit notes.
- Effective credit evaluation and control for subsuduary business.
- Authorise customer/supplier set up.
- Ensure internal procedures are regularly reviewed.
- Processing of company expenses.
- Query resolution.
- ICM Studier would be beneficial
- Minimum 3-5 years experience of credit control
- Experience of managing high volume of customer accounts
- Good communicator with strong negotiating skills
- Varied ERP system experience ideally SAP
- Good use of Excel
