**This post is part-time and permanent, working 28 hours per week. The salary stated is the pro-rata amount.**

We are seeking an individual who can provide a range of administrative support to Westminster’s Centre for Education and Teaching Innovation (CETI.) This includes organising and coordinating events and activities related to CETI’s work, assisting and supporting the co-ordination, administration and evaluation of academic professional development activities to include CETI’s annual Learning and Teaching Symposium, promoting and communicating CETI services and activities through various media, maintaining the CETI websites and social media channels and supporting the administration of CETI’s budget.

The post will be based within CETI which provides strategic academic leadership in learning and teaching at the University of Westminster. It supports a university-wide culture of pedagogic reflection, development, innovation, scholarship and research, and champions professional development in learning and teaching.

Applicants should have proven experience in an administrative role within a team in a busy office and /or online in a hybrid environment, preferably in a large and complex organisation. They should also have demonstrable experience of electronic diary management, managing a range of administrative tasks and coordination and organisation of a range of events and activities. A high level of competency in the use of office software and systems is essential. Effective written and oral communications skills will also be important to the role. An interest in staff learning and development / professional development will be relevant.
