Then you've come to the right place We are looking for an eCommerce Solution Owner f/m/d to take end-to-end responsibility for a solution or area. This means that you take care of everything related to the deployment, development, communication, training and documentation of this solution. You keep track of different tools or processes that together result in a complete solution for our customers. Your goal is to always keep the solution up-to-date and ensure the satisfaction of our customers. You will also drive innovation and ensure that all further developments are smoothly integrated into Computacenter.We offer

**What you'll do**

..
- You actively obtain information and feedback on the solution and keep an eye on the relevant trends in the market.
- You will further develop the solution and create a roadmap for the planned new features.
- You are the first point of contact and expert for the solution and its further development.
- You understand the business requirements for the further development of the solution and formulate them clearly and understandably.
- You check the performance of the solution you maintain.
- You will coordinate the activities of the business units involved in larger implementation projects.
- You will support customer situations related to your specific solution throughout the entire lifecycle (design, implementation, in-life).
- You will participate in meetings with sales and management to present your solution.
- Ensure that other business units operate according to the Group's operating model and maintain productive relationships with internal and external contacts.
- You are responsible for effective escalation management.
- You will identify critical points for future business success and provide analysis and recommendations to senior management for major changes.

**What you'll need**
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of e-commerce and are always up to date with the latest developments.
- You are not only familiar with the technologies, but are also an expert in the commercial processes.
- Your extensive knowledge of the IT industry will help you to better understand the special requirements of our customers and your good communication skills will underline your professional appearance.
- You are highly motivated, determined and strong in implementation and enjoy working in international teams.
- You don't mind complexity, because your project management skills give you an overview and full control at all times.
