We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile utilities clients based in Warwick. They are currently looking for a Junior Analyst to join them for an initial 6-month contract. However, there may be scope for extension.

**Job Purpose**:
Project Work - To provide an analysis and administrative support to the Separation Project to assist IT team deliver Costs Stranding Mitigation initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To collate and analyze the asset information relating to divested entities, including software licensing data.
- To review and query finance and cost information through finance and procurement systems/data
- Investigate services/assets identified from various source to identify if they are in use/owners
- Where necessary contact budget owners to agree actions to decommission service/asset
- Update tracking DB and tools to record status of service/asset and actions identified/taken (store on a designated share point site).
- Follow-up on actions and track progress against individual services/assets.
- Reporting on overall progress made against services/assets assigned
- Engage with relevant Service Owners/Contract Managers to issue notices against suppliers for assets to be decommissioned
- To provide general administrative support, including preparing reports, where required.

**Knowledge & Experience Required**:

- MS Office particularly MS Excel & MS Outlook
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills - Experience of liaising with members of staff
- Demonstrates an ability to work in a clear, calm and structured manner.
- Effective prioritization
- Experience using Excel
- Advantageous
- experience of with finance system eg SAP and procurement systems eg. Coupa.
- Advanced reporting in Excel

**Key Interfaces**:

- Procurement
- IT organization departments, particularly IT Solution Delivery and Service Delivery
- Internal stakeholders, including IT Vendor Management Team and Invoice Validation Team

**Location**:
This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work from the clients Warwick office as and when required.

**Working hours**:
Standard working hours with some flex where required.
