Trainee Paint Sprayer

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Trainee Paint Sprayer to be based in Tiptree on a permanent basis.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with surface preparation, including sanding, masking and priming.
- Learning to mix paints and match colours accurately.
- Maintaining a clean an organised work environment.
- Moving products on the racking to dry after painting.
- Operating Machinery.

**Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications**:

- Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- No prior experience required but a passion for painting and willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from supervisors.
- A positive attitude and a desire to grow and develop within the company.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 07:00 - 15:00

In return our client offers a salary of up to £12.00 per hour.
