Kitchen Assistant and Cleaner

We are currently seeking a part time Kitchen Assistant and cleaner for our childrens nursery. **This position is to work Monday to Friday, 15 hours per week, between the times of 11am till 2pm all year round. The Cleaner position is 6pm till 9pm, 15 hours per week Monday to Friday all year round aswell. ** This is quite a unique role as there is mínimal to no cooking involved. The nursery has all its meals delivered; therefore, we are looking for someone with an eye for detail and who can ensure that the children are served the correct meals. We are looking for an individual who knows how the kitchen works and the legal requirements needed. We also are looking for a cleaner which can be done by the same person to increase their hours worked or be done by a separate person. This is 3 hours per day after the nursery has closed and will involve cleaning all the playrooms.

The cleaner will be required to clean all aspects of nursery including bathroom, hovering, and moping all floors, dusting all surfaces, skirting, and removing cobwebs.

This is an evening role from 6pm-9pm.

Cleaning experience is essential but full training will be provided upon hire.

Rate of pay minimum wage.
