**Hours**: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Our client is a dynamic, family run business based in Norwich that provides management and consultancy services across the UK. They pride themselves on being a fun place to work and they’re looking for a proactive, hard working individual to join their HR/Corporate team.
This is a new role to supplement business growth.

**Requirements for the role**:
You will need to have strong administration skills, an eye for detail, coupled with great communication skills. The role will be varied covering a spectrum of administration requirements.

**Duties will include**:

- Ordering of equipment required for the business operations
- Coordinating supervisor and site staff to ensure the smooth running of installations
- Ensuring all sites are BPA compliant
- Updating machine logs and keeping stock control records
- Liaising with area supervisors to ensure machine faults are solved
- Tracking movement of keys and keeping log sheets to ensure accuracy
- Arranging site works with maintenance staff and external contractors
- Ensuring all staff of aware of proposed and planned works
- Updating and managing supplier lists
- Checking and signing invoices
- Calling out engineers as required to site
- Keeping track of all aspects of planned price changes for the services including notification leaflets to all customers
- Ensuring that all sites are opened and closed each day upholding the standard set by the company, liaising with other departments to ensure checklists are completed and submitted
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and people management skills
- Good attention to detail
- Proactive
- Able to travel to different locations occasionally
- Good IT understanding of Microsoft Packaged Software
- Previous experience within a corporate environment, fleet or customer service is advantageous

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Norwich: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
