**Job description**
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Newcastle Flagship store as a full time sales manager, selling quality furniture, both beds and upholstery.
As a Sales Manager you will represent our brand and vision delivering fantastic, friendly customer service.
- Assist the store manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
- Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Monitor and maintain store inventory update records
- Complete daily and weekly ordering with suppliers
- Coach and support new staff members
- Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust product positioning
- Handle complaints from customers
- Research emerging products and assist social media marketing to attract new customers
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional and presentable
- Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
- Take a weekly stock check
- Process stock deliveries and assist loading the van.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week
**Salary**: £17,000.00 per year
