**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a safe, secure and comfortable environment for customers.
- Assist door staff in dealing with problematic customers or situations.
- Maintain a friendly, approachable and helpful manner at all times to develop positive relationships with customers.
- Keep staff informed about any changes or situations that may affect the day's operation.
- Be on time for your shift
- Know what is happening on the club floor at all times - keep an eye on the door, admit customers and deal with problems as they arise.
- Be aware of what is going on around you at all times as you may need to step in if there is a problem.
- Monitor the door, helping customers to get in quickly and efficiently whilst stopping any potential trouble-makers from entering.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 0-20 per week

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Northampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- pub/club door: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- SIA Door Supervisor (required)
