I am currently working with a UK-based sell house fast company, auction house and online estate agency.

Over the next few years, they are focused on establishing themselves as the number 1 player in the 'sell house fast' industry and they are looking to build a team to realise that vision.
- Property / real estate or related degree
- At least 2 years experience of working at an auction house
- Demonstable skills in valuing and underwriting residential / commercial properties + land RICS survey qualification (not compulsory)

Your role will include the following responsibilities:

- Quick turnarounds of residential property valuations in line with our fast homebuying / auction listing criteria
- Helping clients choose the best route to ensure a quick sale of their property (quick cash home sales / auctions / estate agency sales)
- Liaising with existing key partners as well as developing new strategic partnerships to help develop the business
- Building and managing a dynamic sales team that get excellent results
- Conducting weekly team meetings and hitting targets.

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
