Mortgage Advisor

This established company is looking to recruit Mortgage Advisors to join their growing team.

They are looking to take on Mortgage Advisors in a self-employed capacity, that have a small client bank, however looking to join a company that can offer them the following lead sources:

- Estate Agents
- Lead generation company
- Medical company that provides mortgage leads
- Will writing company
- Solicitors and Accountants
- Access to their large client bank
- Cross referrals from existing Financial Advisors within the team

Their advice is always delivered in a friendly and professional manner using terminology that clients can understand and relate to. Most of their Mortgage Advisors complete their own administration; however, this service can be provided for a modest monthlycharge.

**Mortgage Advisor Requirements**
- Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
- You should have either a small client bank, network of contacts or business plan
- Experience in mortgage, protection and general insurance would be preferred

This well-established company, with its head office based near Wolverhampton have a team of 18 Advisors, with robust business development in place to support growth of their team. They are members of one of the largest networks in the UK who provide secondto none training and compliance and are looking to add to their team of Mortgage Advisers.

**Mortgage Advisor Benefits**
- Self-employed role with 50% commission on company leads and 75% on self-generated
- No fees
- OTE of £40,000+
- Debtable draw facility available, if required

West Midlands (open to fully remote based Mortgage Advisors)
