Membership Coordinator

**MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR**

We are pleased to be working with a leading membership business supporting data and analytics professionals, predominantly in the UK but with a global reach.

Our client are looking for a confident, self-motivated and detail orientated Membership Coordinator to join their growing team and support their Senior Membership Manager.

You will be the first point of contact for any existing corporate members who have questions about their membership.

You will be comfortable in communicating with members across all channels, be self-motivated to manage your time and be detail orientated in your record keeping.

You do not need to have had experience in data previously but an interest and openness to learn is desired.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- **
- Maintaining CRM records.
- Sending reports of membership usage.
- Assisting with renewals.
- Help to process and maintain all administration relating to Corporate Member accounts and their contacts across all relevant platforms.
- Maintain regular contact with all members, updating them of forthcoming events (Workshops, Roundtables, Member Meet-Ups etc.) and answering incoming queries.
- Be the key point of contact for all Corporate Member event bookings including sending invites and facilitating on live sessions.
- Liaise with the Sales and Finance teams to assist with renewals and incoming members.
- Responsible for sending out certificates of training for all workshop attendees upon completion.

- Self-motivated and results driven with the ability to work towards tight deadlines and effectively manage priorities.
- Confident communicator with a keen customer focus.
- Be personable, have high energy and enthusiasm, a great team player, demonstrate a spirit of cooperation.
- Ambitious, with a strong fit to our client’s core values of caring, being enthusiastic, creative, self-disciplined and collaborative.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- **
- Previous experience of a Business to Business focused membership or event environment advantageous.
- Experience in data itself not a requirement but an interest and openness to learn is desired.
