**Import Operator
- Position Overview**
- Handling all aspects of Import operations including submission of customs entries
- Communicate effectively with customers, airlines, handling agents, other freight companies and HMRC
- Booking imports via in-house computer system
- Review and process invoice and other documentation
- Arrange collections & deliveries of imported consignments
- Need to be IT literate
- Assist Management when required & cover for colleagues in their absence
- Multimodal transport knowledge advantages

**Import Operator - Position Requirements**
- Previous experience in the industry
- Fully proficient in CDS
- In a commutable location to Heathrow Airport
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Customer focused with dedication to provide the highest level of service
- The ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
- Able to multitask and have strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Motivated by both personal and professional development

**Import Operator
- Position Remuneration**
- Salary £25,000 - £35,000
- Tuesday to Saturday (09:00 to 17:30)
- 20 days annual holiday + 8 days statutory
- Pension scheme

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
