Personal Assistant

**Based at**:Head Office, The Corn Store, Hyde Hall Farm, Buntingford

**Hybrid Working available**: Minimum 2 days per week required in Head Office

**Salary**:Starting from £26k (pro rata), depending on experience

**The Role**:
This role will provide the provision of efficient and effective support to the CEO and CFO as well as support the day to day running of Head Office and the Bio Capital group.
- Executive assistance to CEO and CFO
- Be point of contact for CEO and CFO
- Diary management
- Travel management
- Meeting management
- Oversee any shared inboxes
- Preparation of documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Taking of board minutes and meeting notes
- Responsible for timely preparation and distribution of Board and Committee packs.
- Responsibility of Board action tracker ensuing board papers are actioned and received in a timely manner.
- Provide general administrative support
- Expense/credit card reconciliation
- Support organization of team events/offsites
- Raise/authorise Purchase Orders for CEO and CFO

**Experience and Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a PA to Senior roles
- Experience note/minute taker
- Highly skilled and competent in Microsoft Excel, word and PowerPoint
- Experience in Teams and Sharepoint
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good Typing speed advantageous
