Rising Stars Property Solutions CIC are seeking a Clearance & Gardening Operative to work within the West Midlands and surrounding areas. The position is full-time 40 hours per week and you will need to be comfortable driving a company van so a valid UK driving licence is MANDATORY. Experience using a range of petrol strimmer, mower etc is desire, but training can be provided.

Duties, but not limited to are:

- Carry out commercial and residential garden overgrowth cutback using a petrol strimmer and other gardening tools.
- Carry out garden and dwelling clearances, removing all waste and dispose of it in accordance with the companies disposal procedure.
- Assist with the removal of heavy or bulky furniture for storage or disposal when necessary.
- Maintain documentation, media, property clearance targets and job specifications.
- Provide before and after photos for all work carried out a the property, and then forwarding them to the administration department.
- Inform the management team if and when problems arise, so they can be dealt with immediately.
- Driving the company vehicles in a safe, secure and non-aggressive manner at all times.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any faults to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a high cleanliness of communal access areas and walkways while on-site.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures including a risk assessments to the property before commencement of work.
- Carry out a final walk around check to ensure that the job is completely cleared
- Undertake any other work that the management may require from time to time.
