**About the Role**

**Location and Hours**

We have a hybrid working model where you will be based in our offices in Burton-Upon-Trent Monday - Wednesday and work from home on any other days. You will require wi-fi and a suitable workspace in your own home but we will provide your technical equipment needed for the role.

We work on a rota basis so you don't work every weekend 0 unless you want to The team cover the phones 7.5 hours a day from the earliest start of 8am - 4pm to last finish 12pm at 8pm. We are flexible and will always look to support certain hours that may suite individuals wherever possible

**Skills & Experience**:

- 2+ years experience of working in a customer facing role. Travel and tourism not essential but adventageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; demonstrating an ability to communicate and influence at all levels across language and cultural barriers
- Organised and practical; happy to trouble shoot and resolve issues in a positive and timely manner.
- Good attention to detail and ability to accurately record notes of conversations and follow up actions.
- Languages highly advantageous (French, German, Spanish, Greek, Turkish, Portuguese and Italian all useful)

Excellent problem solving skills

Pay: £26,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- In resort travel indutry support: 2 years (preferred)
