**Job Role: FM Electrical Maintenance Engineer**

**Salary: up to £42K DOE**

**Locations: Kent, London and Essex**

My Client is looking for a competent individual ready for a new challenge.

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer would join their ever-growing Facilities Management team, covering preventative and reactive maintenance across our client portfolio.

**The Role**
- Fault Finding - to include documented diagnostics and clear path to remedial works.
- Electrical Testing Knowledge - EICR, Emergency Lighting Testing
- Planned Protective maintenance (PPM) installations - Have a good all-round level of competency with electrical installation to include metal conduit work.
- Reactive Works - Work to your own initiative and complete tasks in an efficient manner.
- Maintain records and up to date certification.
- Out of Hour Callout

**Essential Key Skills**
- Full UK driving licence.
- NVQ Level 3 and City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 Qualification.
- 18thEdition
- City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 inspection and testing is favourable.
- An understanding in Health & Safety regulations.
- A good level of Test Certificate and IT Literacy.
- CSCS Card (Gold and above)
- First Aid Trained (preferred but not required)
- PASMA and IPAF (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in a similar role within Building Services or Facilities Management.
