We can offer full training for the right person if you would like to learn about cocktails, wines, beers and spirits. All it takes is the right attitude and some hard work and we can train you to be a real star bartender with all the tools and knowledge you need.

It will be a mix of a warm, welcoming local Cotswold pub but with a cool vibe, the food concept centred around open flame cooking and big cuts from the open counter kitchen, attracting foodies from around the UK, and pub blending, classic & house cocktails along with local beers and ciders.

We are looking for the warmest, most hospitable team out there. You will be part of the heart of the operation where guests relax and unwind or sit at the bar and chat to our wonderful guests. You will deliver and enhance the very best pub and dining experience through warm service and genuine hospitality.

- Have a friendly, warm yet professional personality.
- Ability to learn and follow guidance well.
- Assist in ensuring the bar is running to an extremely high standard.
- Be a strong team player.
- Be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter throughout the team.
- Good cocktail knowledge, although not essential
- You should have experience of working in busy environments and in service based roles.
- You will need to learn an appreciation and understanding in the basics of wines.
- We are looking for individuals that have an exceptional eye for detail, that have a thirst for knowledge and a passion for our industry.
- Greet guests as they enter premises and see them to a table, ensure any special requirements are actioned.
- Take customers drink and food orders accurately
