An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time (15 hours) Medical Education Clinical Lecturer working in the Undergraduate Department at Friarage Hospital, Northallerton.

The successful applicant of this newly established post, is expected to lead on aspects of delivery of clinical teaching, development and organisation of teaching sessions for undergraduate training for Hull York medical students, as well as mentoring and pastoral support for students. They will be instrumental in ensuring that the new curriculum is being delivered successfully.

The post will support clinicians in the development of all the curriculum aspects needed for the delivery of the Hull York Medical School (HYMS) undergraduate curriculum (Years 3 to 5). The post holder will engage with a wide range of specialities as we consolidate and build a teaching programme for HYMS. There will be contact with a wide range of educators within General Practice, clinical specialities and the Friarage team.
