**Responsibilities**:

- Provide therapeutic support to children and young people in a residential setting
- Implement therapeutic interventions to address the individual needs of each resident
- Collaborate with colleagues to create and maintain a therapeutic environment
- Support residents in developing coping skills and emotional regulation techniques
- Provide guidance and support to staff in implementing therapeutic strategies

**Requirements**:

- Experience in therapeutic approaches and residential childcare
- Passion for making a real difference in the lives of children and young people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
