Studio Resource Supervisor

The Studio Resource Supervisor provides a focal point for our clients and crews to deliver excellent service. Working predominantly with the Sky Sports Football teams, you will play a vital role within Studios, working to support the Studio Managers, pro-actively engaging with clients and studio teams to make sure all requirements are correctly captured, validated and communicated.

What you'll do:

- Provide a focal point for our clients and crew to aid the smooth delivery of studio, OB, and PSC productions. Pro-actively engage with the teams to ensure all requirements are accurately captured onto a central booking system, then validated, and communicated.
- Work to support Studio Managers, Clients, Team Leaders, and the wider resources team bringing a strong understanding of studio operations including rostering, optimising shift times, facilities, and equipment utilisation.
- Input into the short
- and long-term demand and supply forecasts. Supplying context and insight into the studios team as well as managing late notice ad-hoc events.
- Guarantee relevant allocations of facilities, crew, and equipment - including requests for freelance staff and hired kit. Maintain an overview of studio productions and relevant crewing requirements, liaising between clients with conflicting requests for studio facilities and crew.
- Demonstrate financial and budgetary awareness when accepting Studio demand requirements or crewing requests

What you'll bring:

- A strong work ethic, with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication and be able to demonstrate resilience under pressure.
- Understanding or awareness of broadcast operations workflows, particularly Studios. As well as awareness of Sky in-house Production: News, Sport, Entertainment.
- Experience of scheduling, invoice processing desirable but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise.
- Self-motivated with a pro-active and flexible approach
