**The role**
Esther Randall Court is a collection of 34 self contained apartments with on-site care for the over 55's in Camden.
At Esther Randall Court we aim to support our customers to enjoy a fulfilling independent life within a vibrant retirement community, with the added reassurance of care and support on site.
**Location**: Camden
**Salary**: £30,282 per year
**Hours**: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (flexibility required for ad-hoc meetings)
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Registered Care Manager in Camden.
The Registered Manager will be the CQC registered manager and will lead the care aspect of service delivery in this service, driving high-quality care, hospitality and support in an exceptional environment.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Holding regular team meetings with the care team to ensure all appropriate information is shared to promote
good working practice and a team that is fully engaged in service delivery.
- Overseeing the referral process including assessments, move-in and settle-in of older people into the scheme.
- Directly line-managing the care team, monitoring staff development through supervisions, appraisals and
training to assist them in delivering a high quality service.
- Effectively managing the administrative systems and procedures relating to the daily running of the service
including; deploying staff, staff rotas, medication documentation and financial administration etc.
- Organising and managing tasks and resources to bring about the successful delivery of senior living to agreed time, budget and quality standards.
- Working with customers, family and friends and Adult Social Care
officers to develop personalised care plans which go beyond meeting customers basic physical care needs and
achieving their aspirations.
- Ensure care assessments, care and risk planning meets best practice and customers aspirations.

**What you will need to succeed**
- Some knowledge of CQC standards and CQC Compliance (although training will be provided)
