Residential Property Manager opportunity - permanent contract
**Your new company**
Excellent opportunity to join a large property consultancy in Stratford. Working on both private residential and block management properties, they are known as being one of the most successful consultancies in the area and are a consistent employer of choice.They offer a flexible, hybrid style of working so you can choose to partly work from home if you prefer. The office is well located, within a short walk from the London underground and mainline train services.
**Your new role**
As the Property Manager, you will work on a portfolio of privately rented property and block management in London, Kent and Essex. Working with the Head of Property Management, you will be involved with day to day queries including managing contractors, monitoringrent arrears, carrying out periodic property and check-out inspections, ensuring EPCs and tenancy schedules are up to date. As part of the role you will travel to visit the properties within the portfolio.
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed you will need experience within residential property management and be happy to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
