**Cairngorm Mountain Scotland **is a year-round visitor attraction offering outdoor activities, onsite catering and Scotland's only funicular railway to reach the summit

We are currently seeking to recruit for an **Events Coordinator** to assist our Marketing Manager on a part-time basis with the booking, planning, administration and hosting of corporate events, functions, and group bookings for the mountain.

**To be successful in this role you will need to have**:

- a relevant degree level qualification or equivalent on-the-job experiential learning
- previous events management, functions or group bookings experience
- an aptitude for great customer service such as promotions and upselling
- excellent communication skills, organisational, IT, admin and people skills
- effective team-player to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to a deadline

This role offers an amazing opportunity for an experienced events assistant with excellent customer service and communication skills, to step-up or transfer your skills to hosting and managing events in a unique mountain setting within the Cairngorms National Park.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-22.5 per week

**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour
