ADR Network, the core business unit of PPF Ltd, the largest dedicated supplier of HGV drivers in the UK. We take pride in our partnerships with major UK logistics companies and top food retailers. We are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants who are eager to take their careers to new heights

**The Role**:
**Recruitment**: Our primary function is recruiting professional HGV drivers. You'll be part of a team of consultants dedicated to providing an exceptional experience to our drivers. This journey begins from the moment a driver applies for a role and continues with daily communication while planning their routes.

**Planning**: A significant part of your day will involve strategically matching drivers with clients we serve in the South West of England. You'll be part of a team responsible for placing between 200 to 450 drivers daily. Efficient communication, quick problem-solving skills, and negotiation abilities will be crucial for this role.

**Business Development**: You'll collaborate closely with our Senior Consultants and Managers to strengthen our client pipeline, and you'll also have the chance to partner with our Business Directors to nurture and transform those opportunities into reality.

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- An experienced consultant or a high performing trainee consultant looking for their next opportunity
- A keen eye for detail and strong memory
- The capability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Eagerness to use software packages as part of the role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

The starting salary is £30,000.00 per annum. For the past 15 years, the business has paid an annual bonus, increasing your OTE to £33,000.00. Additionally, we offer a generous commission scheme for individuals who secure new business, which can significantly boost your earnings.
