The Company:
Our client based in Grantham is looking for a Trainee Appliance Engineer to work in their electronics recycling plant.

An investor in people, the company are looking for a trainee appliance engineer to join their growing team. Day to day duties will be that of ensuring an efficient process of fault finding and diagnosis of a range of domestic appliances.
You will be part of a busy working environment, with the aim of delivering high performance with your colleagues and team. The company aim to nurture high performing staff with a positive approach, to be able to provide them with a clear progression in theircareer.
The Role:

- Fault finding and diagnosis of a range of domestic appliances
- Repair of products after being graded
- Harvesting spare parts from donor products
- Determine the product serves its original purpose and works correctly
- Completing all required paperwork
- Proactively helping and supporting other team members
- Physically capable - due to the manual handling of a variety of appliances
- Good Written and Spoken English
- Strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile to help others around you
- Enjoys hobbies where working with hands is involved e.g. DIY
