We’re growing fast and now looking to add a new Property Adviser to the team.

We have two locations available Llandudno and Rhyl.

Idris Estates is on a mission to provide customers a smarter, easier, and more transparent way to move home across North Wales.

We take the best of both worlds combing the local expertise and knowledge of traditional estate agents through our experienced Property Advisers, without tying them to traditional office hours, and empowering them along with our customers with real-time property data and powerful technology.

We’re currently in the process of building some exciting digital tools that will help agents deliver a great service to their clients while creating features that will transform the hands on experience for the client.

**Who is a Property Adviser?**

Passionate about property, customer service, and creating great experiences. Have the industry knowledge to offer a client that one to one concierge style experience often associated with the American realtor model. Enjoys flexibility and isn’t looking for a typical 9 to 5 office job, and wants to balance downtime with offering great availability to their clients. They love success, focused on positive outcomes, and have the drive and ambition to help make Idris Estates the leading agent in North Wales.

**Key Responsibilities**

Well first up you’ll be at the forefront of helping grow the brand and reputation in your area. Daily you will be responsible for creating great moving experiences for our clients, from lead to home moving day.

**Requirements**:
One years industry experience, or experience in a similar industry, with a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end moving journey.

A passion for property and estate agency, along with the area that you operate.

Excellent customer service qualities and a commitment to creating amazing home moving experiences.

Self-motivated able to work individually and as part of a wider team with a collective mission and goal.

This role is hybrid, based in part at our central hub located in Anson House, Llandudno Jct, while also being both home and on the road. The role requires you to be able to travel along with access to a vehicle and a full clean driver’s license.

Extensive knowledge of the area you will operate, whether that be currently living or working in the area.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
