General Office Duties Maintaining Company Databases Allocating Regional Engineers Daily Jobs Ensuring SLA’s and PMVs are achieved

MAIN DUTIES

To carry out all office duties as required. To maintain company databases. To build relationships with Engineers. To assess outstanding jobs and allocate accordingly. To monitor, instruct and close down subcontractor jobs. To always ensure customer satisfaction. To ensure the most efficient fulfilment of role.

OTHER DUTIES

Maintain a tidy office area. To assist and support Team Members.

MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE

General Telephone manner Speed of execution. Incidence of Customer Complaints. Product knowledge. Accuracy of Data Input

KEY OBJECTIVES

To ensure and maintain a high-quality assurance standard at all times.

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
