The company are going through excellent growth both locally and internationally and you would be joining them at an exciting time.

Working in an established team, you will monitor and manage all deliveries in line with agrees dates, working closely with the internal sales team and reporting to the Sales Manager. You will be effective in expediting and managing challenging situations as well as having excellent customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide shipping details and readiness of goods to customers, communicating any developments with the sales team.
- Continually communicate with suppliers/manufacturers to ensure that delivery will be possible on the pre-determined date.
- Facilitating the flow of materials between various parties and departments and checking job cost reports for mischarges and other inconsistencies.
- Performing clerical duties, maintaining, and compiling accurate records and adhering to established procedures, policies, instructions, and guidelines.
- Acknowledge and appropriately greet and assist every customer in a timely manner.
- Monitor and evaluate order acknowledgements.
- Effectively promote and discuss the products and services of the company to meet customer needs.
- Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with excellent customer service/communication skills.
- Attend to customer queries immediately to facilitate satisfactory resolution, escalating any issues beyond standard resolution.
- Look for opportunities to improve ways of working.
- Participate proactively in regular sales team meetings and 1-2-1 meetings.
