We are currently seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join a global manufacturing company in Bradford.

Salary is up to £28,000 per annum plus holidays, company bonus, pension etc.

Duties and responsibilities for the Customer Service Team Leader:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate proactively with all departments across the business to meet targets and fulfill customer requirements.
- Support safety initiatives at the site to maintain a secure and conducive work environment.
- Engage in effective communication activities, including site meetings, and actively seek opportunities for improvement.
- Efficiently manage and coordinate administration tasks across operational departments to enhance productivity.
- Work closely with the site management team to develop initiatives aimed at improving key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring their effectiveness.
- Support the purchasing and delivery process of raw materials and consumables to minimize disruptions and maintain operational flow.
- Take the lead in managing requisitions and goods receipts at the site.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer orders to meet both customer and internal production requirements.
- Take ownership of customer prices to minimize queries and customer credits.
- Act as a key user for site T&A systems, monitoring and accurately recording annual leave and absence data.
- Ensure required month-end procedures are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Organize departmental manpower to meet operational needs efficiently.
- Manage and approve holiday requests for the Customer Service team while ensuring adequate departmental coverage.
- Handle disciplinary matters related to the department and keep other members of the management team informed.
- Initiate and organize necessary training to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
- Periodically review Customer Service staff’s performance against agreed objectives, conducting formal appraisals at least annually.
- Actively participate in the onboarding process for new staff members.
- Act as the GDPR Champion, ensuring that data is managed and stored in compliance with legal requirements.

Ideally you will have previous experience of using SAP.
