**Overview**:
The Governors and Headteacher of this successful and popular school are seeking to appoint an excellent and caring Learning Support Assistant who works well as part of a team to support across the school.

**Job Salary**:1B Scale 7-10 (pro rata) depending upon experience

**Contract Type**:Permanent

**Hours**:3 days per week (Mon/Tues/Wed) - term time only from September 2023

We are a forward thinking Church of England Primary School in Beaconsfield. Our friendly and supportive staff provide a stimulating and challenging learning environment that inspires our children to achieve high standards and become lifelong learners. The school is also an Initial Teacher Training School working in partnership with the Astra SCITT.

The school offers a high standard of resources and technology throughout the school. We are looking for a talented individual who shares our vision and ethos to enable all children to achieve their very best.

**About the role**:
Our school is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils' learning in the classroom across the school from September 2023.

The position is for 3 days per week (8.45am -3.30pm) during term time and includes lunchtime supervision.

An ability and willingness to teach small groups of students and to support their English and Mathematics skills and individual development is essential.

**About you**:
We are looking for a caring and patient individual who is positive and proactive to join our supportive team. Somebody who enjoys working with and being around children.

We wish to employ an inspiring, thoughtful individual who is both creative and passionate about learning. An individual who is able to use their initiative and who enjoys working collaboratively as a team. A good level of English and Maths Skills is essential.
