**What rates do we pay?** We pay between £9 and £13 per hour PLUS holiday pay which, as an example, on a 10 hour shift at £9.50ph works out around £10.60ph including your holiday pay.
**Do we have enough work for you?** We have a fantastic reputation across Lancashire and Greater Manchester. Most clients will only use us for their agency usage so if you are wanting flexible hours either part or full time we can help
**What are the hours and who will you be supporting?** We have a variety of hours available including early shifts, late shifts, long days and waking nights. We cover a variety of locations and you will work alongside a permanent staff team. We supply care assistants to care homes, nursing homes, residential homes and other environemnts working with mostly elderley and dementia. Our support workers will work with vulnerabe adults and children with a variety of needs including Autism, Aspergers, Downs Syndrome, Mental Health issues, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties, Physical disabilities and many more.
Once registered with us you can work across both care assistant and support worker roles if you choose to do so, or you can remain within one of the roles
**Sound good so far? here is what we need from you in order to apply-**:
- at least 6 months paid UK experience as Support Worker or Care Assistant (or similar care based profession)
- Previously completed your mandatory training.
- You must have a passion for ‘going the extra mile’ we will discuss this when you come in to register with us.
