**Job Title: Account Manager**

**Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 plus bonus**

**Location: Near Ashby de la Zouch**

**Description**:
Our client, a rapidly expanding carrier brokerage which is part of a global network of logistics partnerships based near Ashby de la Zouch, is currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their small, friendly team. This role requires a confidentindividual who is happy to take responsibility for the smooth running of new and existing accounts whilst ensuring repeat business by providing top level customer service.

This role would suit someone who is aspiring to move into sales and a great step into the freight/logistics industry.

**Key Duties**:

- Building relationships with new clients to help and secure repeat business
- Liaise with partners/suppliers to resolve client issues
- Arranging carrier collections and imports
- Checking discrepancy shipping reports
- Assist with customer invoicing queries

**Key Skills/Experience Required**:

- Excellent telephone manner and administration skills
- Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player: with the ability to build relationships with external contacts
- Conscientious with attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and problem solve

This is an excellent role for a competent and experienced Account Manager looking for a responsible position within a rapidly expanding company and who is aspiring to move into sales and a great step into the freight/logistics industry. In return you willreceive a salary of £22,000 to £25,000 depending on experience, per annum.
