Book keeper / Administration for construction and property managment company
Working closely with the business owners, your role will be wide ranging and highly interesting. Offering flexible working hours, either from home or office you can expect to be a large part of the business moving forwards.
Duties and responsibilities;
- General bookkeeping using Xero accounting package
- VAT Returns
- Monthly KPI reporting
- CIS weekly/monthly returns
- Regular payment of suppliers
- Investor loan journals, interest payments and repayments
- Reviewing system and process guides
- Mortgages/re-forecasting of properties post development and business insurances
Alongside the management of the Financial aspects you can expect to be a large part of the Property Management side of the business and adhoc forward thinking Project Management.
This organisation is looking for someone with an accounting / finance background however also someone that has the flair and enthusiasm to grow with the business from an operational prospective. Flexibility is key with this role from both sides and outgoing communication skills are essential for internal and external stakeholders.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 16 per week
**Salary**: £17,235.88-£32,389.34 per year
