Voids Supervisor

Local authority in the Derbyshire area are currently looking for a Voids Supervisor for an initial period of 6 months.

Purpose of the role:
The Voids Supervisor will be responsible for the management of the voids team.

This role offers a hybrid working approach, split between the office and site.

Preference will be given to those with social housing and void management.

This requires strong PC skills as the role is equally split between admin and site visits.

Voids Supervisor responsibilities:

- Manage the delivery of void projects across the clients housing properties with two external contractors.
- Direct line management of trade the property inspector and admin officer.
- Carry out pre and post inspections through to handover of properties.
- Creating good working relationships with the housing departments.
- Good knowledge of health and safety legislations.
- Assist the repairs manager in the effective management of all maintenance operations across tenanted properties as and when required.
- 37 hours a week
- Inside IR35
- Initially 6 months
- £28 - £33 an hour
- Start ASAP
