A leading Civil Engineering and Utility Contractor has an opportunity for a Senior Contracts Manager to join their team in Thames Valley and South London to work on a large Capital Delivery Framework.
The Senior Contracts Manager will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and will have P&L, HSEQ and customer responsibility for delivering a successful framework in the regions.

**The Role**

As the Senior Contracts Manager your duties and responsibilities will be:

- You will manage and be in front the Delivery Team to ensure client expectations are exceeded and deliver a safe and efficient programme of work.
- You will manage the safe and quality assured delivery of both water and waste water projects for our client to high standards.
- You will ensure the correct processes and procedures are in place and followed for right first time and defect free delivery.
- You will be responsible for setting and delivering against financial budgets whilst delivering against the clients regulatory and measured targets.
- You will be managing, measuring and reporting financial, schedule and quality information centrally and working closely in collaboration with our client.

The Senior Contracts Manager will also build, lead, support and encourage the Delivery Team with their duties including training, mentoring and appraisal. You will promote a culture of zero harm and zero compromise through proactive and supporting measures.
You will lead by example and promote a positive behavioural safety, health, environment and well-being culture.

**Experience and Qualifications required**
- The Senior Contracts Manager will have experience managing project delivery with a regular review of performance against cost and programme
- You will understand and manage key stakeholders in the region through proactive engagement
- You will have strong stake holder management skills.
- You will have developed and maintained excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

- You will have experience and knowledge of water and waste water infrastructure project delivery in a capital delivery environment
- You will have experience of managing multidisciplinary teams in a regulated water environment at a senior level

**Desirable Qualifications**

Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar
NEBOSH or similar
SMSTS
APM or equivalent
ILM or equivalent
