We are offering a Salaried Live in position at £28,000 a year for 40 weeks in a year with additional weeks available.

You must have recent UK care experience for our Live In role to support our service users in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Dorset areas.

At Abbots Care the role of a Live In Carer is extremely rewarding and fulfilling, with many opportunities to develop your current experience including paid level 2 and 3 diplomas and job progression. We are looking for a caring, compassionate individuals who are passionate about making a difference to our service users life.

The role of a live-in care assistant is a varied one. Duties include:

- Providing companionship within the service users own home
- Supporting and assisting with personal care
- Preparing meals and associated domestic tasks
- Supporting your service user with their hobbies and social interests
- Accompanying your service user to appointments, social events and recreational outings
- Making a difference to service user life
