**Head of Faculty - Land Based Studies**

**Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year**

**Salary: £38,936 - £54,298 per annum (Head of Faculty Grade 1-12) (Salary Grade dependant on skills, qualifications & experience)**

**Campus: Lackham, Wiltshire with cross college travel**

**About the role**

At an exciting time for Wiltshire College & University Centre, we are looking for a dynamic, creative, and inspiring Head of Faculty - Land Based Studies, to lead the faculty on the next stage of its journey. As a faculty with potential for future growth and development, the curriculum offer is already wide ranging and incorporates many different areas of land based industries including, Animal Care, Agriculture, Countryside Management, Equine, Horticulture and Land Based Engineering. The faculty has several high performing, highly desirable programmes from Entry Level to Level 5.

**About you**

You will be passionate about land based industries and the continuous improvement in teaching and learning and will play a crucial role in the evolution of our curriculum. With high expectations and aspirations for our students you will lead on curriculum innovation to continuously deliver programmes that meet the needs of students.

You will have experience of curriculum management and development with a proven track record of securing sustained improvements. You will also have experience of working collaboratively with peers to ensure a seamless student experience.
